| The X-ray framing camera has been widely used in laser technology, inertial confined fusion(ICF), Z-Pinch, and synchrotron radiation sources. The stability of the camera control system will have an important impact on the camera system.In the traditional X-ray framing camera control system, the client PC remote login to the server to control the PC server, the client PC is unable to carry out other operations, in order to control other systems, one should withdraw from the control system, so the traditional control system cannot meet the demand of multi-user and multi-task. The client / server(C/S) control mode and the remote socket control method are adopted in this paper. It can effectively solve these problems and lay the foundation for the remote centralized control of the future prototype device. The main research work completed as follows: 1,It has introduced the research background, significance and research purpose of the framing camera. The working principle of X-ray framing camera is also introduced. 2, Designed the total remote control system, and briefly introduced the industrial computer, PC104 bus,CPLD, I2 C communication protocol and a variety of tools such as wet temperature sensor. 3, Completed the design of internal logic of CPLD based on VHDL hardware description language and the circuit design of X-ray framing camera. We designed the PCB board, welded and debugged it. The hardware circuit includes the MCP control voltage, the screen control voltage, trigger detection, environment monitoring and delay circuit. 4, Completed the client and server software design and debugging of remote control system by using the Socket network communication technology, multithreading technology, Win IO control of I/O ports in the Visual c + + system development tools environment. 5, Completed the assembly and debugging of control system. The working functions of hardware and software are verified by measuring the spatial resolution of the camera. |
