The Feasibility Study Of Carrying Out Landfill With Inert Material In Coastal Areas Of Guangdong Province

In today’s society, along with the rapid development of economy, a series of economic problems also not allow to ignore. With the economical development of eastern coastal area is rapid, there are a large number of population swarming into coastal cities, urban space can not meet the needs of residents’ production and living,resulting in limited land resources to the development of the city, hindered the pace of urban construction, thus reclaiming land from the sea to become the major coastal cities expand space resources of the important measures. Since the founding of new China,our country landfill has experienced three times: the sea bay, reclamation with polish,farming reclamation, landfill large-scale combined with the traditional pattern of caused great damage to the ecological environment, the landfill to find new ways to become more and more urgent. In recent years, China’s construction industry goes into the booming period, becoming the pillar industry of economic development in China. There are a large amount of inert materials every year, burying them is the main way to solve the construction waste, which bring much serious urban environmental pollution,pollute the groundwater resources and threat the urban residents living environment. In this paper, in reference to Hong Kong, Macao landfill using inert materials on the basis of study the feasibility of the landfill in Guangdong province to carry out the inert material, on the one hand can solve the problem of building demolition building materials piled up, on the other hand to landfill for enough raw material, but also will affect the control in a reasonable range, forming a win-win situation.This paper is divided into seven parts, the first part is introduction, mainly from the present situation of landfill and ways to deal with the construction waste,combining the actual situation of Guangdong. At last, getting the meaning and purpose of carrying out reclaiming land with inert materials of the coastal area in Guangdong In the second part,some concepts, such as: land reclamation, inert material are introduced and ecologicaleconomy, sustainable development and relevant theory are described. The third part, analyze and conclude the necessity of land reclamation with inert materials in coastal areas of Guangdong province, mainly from the demand of Guangdong and ecological environmental protection and other aspects. The fourth part, through discussing the Hong Kong case of inert material landfill disposal taishan area, it is concluded that the coastal area of Guangdong province to carry out landfill with inert material. The fifth part, stating four factors of land reclamation with inert material. The sixth part, analyze three regions of Guangdong province to carry out land reclamation with the inert material, from the geographical environment, economic development,national policy and other aspects. The last part, based on the experience of Hong Kong,put forward countermeasures and suggestions of how to carry out land reclamation of Guangdong province from the views of national government, local government and local public.Given there is only a little study abut land reclamation with inert material at home and abroad, this article researches land reclamation with inert material from a new angle of view, hope to solve the problem of the processing of construction waste, and to broaden the land area of coastal cities.
