Our spa is rich in water resources, is widely distributed. Meanwhile, China’sdevelopment has a long history of use of hot springs, has been widely used in healthcare, tourism, health, etc., amount to exploitation of an annual growth rate of nearly10%. According to the situation Spa outcropping statistics, up to Yunnan, Tibet,Guangdong, Sichuan and Fujian spa outcropping number, about70%of the totalnumber of hot springs. Tibetan areas in which high-temperature geothermal resourcesare concentrated, a lot of hot water has a high temperature, geothermal resources canbe described as exceptionally rich, hot water exploitation of Tibet is listed as anational key project planning and construction. To take full advantage of thedevelopment of geothermal resources in Tibet MLR typically carried out in Tibetscientific utilization of geothermal water research field of public welfare projects. In the same time, people gradually increased health spa water, medical care, health and other functions utilized, often overlooked unreasonable use of hot waterfor the environment and human health risks. The type and define more Clearly therole of hot spring water, the distinction between medical spas, health care, health andother functions, the content of the hot water needs of a variety of chemical elementsfor accurate analysis. As the hot water is no corresponding standard analysismethods, the need for spa water of the chemical composition of the detectiontechnology in detail, and the chemical composition of hot spring water of detectiontechnology is the most important part of spring water collection and stabilization toensure analytical testing the accuracy and precision.Articles intended from three major aspects of spring water collection andstabilization for detailed discussion. First, through the five typical hot water fieldsampling, field analysis of water temperature, dissolved gases, hydrogen sulfide, Ehand laboratory follow-up comparative analysis of the best way to filter out the hotspring water sample preservation and pretreatment. Second, due to the hot water temperature is generally higher than the ambient temperature, the temperature isgenerally40to80degrees Celsius, hot water temperature, atmospheric pressure, andthe replacement of different sampling methods proposed measurement method in fivetypical spring water to live according to this feature understanding the externalconditions for the stabilization of affected water samples. Third, the hot watergenerally contains sulfide, high salinity, water quality and other characteristics of thecomplex, the paper proposed by the analysis of five typical hot spring water, hydrogen sulfide content, salt content, trace elements, a detailed understanding ofwater samples composition on hot spring water samples stabilized.Through in-depth research, access to the following conclusions:(1) In order to explore the preservation and pretreatment methods Springs.Laboratory reference to " natural mineral water detection methods " and "groundwater quality inspection standards " recommended pretreatment method tocomplete the stabilization and preservation of samples. The results proved that thestandard recommended method is simple, feasible, spring water samples wereanalyzed by standard methods recommended stabilizing treatment is completed.(2) the effects of hot water temperature and oxygen partial pressureenvironment exposed to the surface after the destruction of the hot spring water redoxsystem. Site analysis found that with the growth of the natural hot spring watersample storage time, water samples redox potential gradually increased. Mainly bythe oxygen partial pressure increases, the escape sulfide, causing lowering of thetemperature. The main reason behind the hot spring water outcropping within0~20min, causing a sharp increase Eh solution is to reduce the hot water temperature.Within20min~100min, causing the solution Eh sustained increase is mainly due tothe escape of oxygen in the ambient air and the hot water diffusion of hydrogensulfide gas to the solution. The main reason was Eh100min after changes arecontinuing into the solution of oxygen in the oxidation of some cheap metal ions, thefinal solution Eh slowly stabilizing(3) partial pressure of oxygen is increased resulting in a natural hot spring watersamples placed under conditions, samples from arsenic to trivalent arsenic isgradually transformed into pentavalent arsenic based mainly about a month later, allin five samples of arsenic trivalent arsenic form. Sulfur ions are also present in thesample similar changes, but negative divalent sulfur ions into positive hexavalentsulfur ions to form stable sulfate present in the water. Iron, chromium in the hot wateralso exists the same transformation of the natural placement process, the hot water ferric iron, increasing concentrations of hexavalent chromium, divalent iron, trivalent chromium concentration reduced accordingly until all into high valence. These changes are caused by external conditions, the basic reason for the hot waterbecomes difficult to accurately determine the price element.(4) Most spas have hydrogen sulfide, high salinity, water quality and complexfeatures. In the field with the determination of EDTA titration of calcium found thatdue to a strong reduction of sulfur ions in the sample was dropped immediately so thatthe indicator color, simply can not titration. Sulfosalicylic acid sulfur ions on thespectrophotometric determination of iron produces a positive interference, phenanthroline spectrophotometric determination of iron negative interference.Hydrogen sulfide gas dissolved silicon molybdenum blue spectrophotometricdetermination of silicic acid interference is very serious, instead of hydrogen sulfidein water samples1,2,4-aminonaphthol acid reducer, the first reduction of themeasurement system, showing the silicon molybdenum blue color. The aboveproblems can be placed using the natural water samples four days, or the hot waterthrough the air forced expulsion of hydrogen sulfide, sulfur ions can eliminate theinfluence of calcium, magnesium, iron, silicic acid assay..
