Study On Rural Residential Land Consolidation Based On GIS

In recent years,with the acceleration of social economy and city modernization and industrialization development,the land plays a very important role during the development of the city and rural areas.The urban scale expansion leads to the increasing demand for land,at the same time,the rural construction land area is not reduced,as a result,the total amount of construction land is increasing year by year,and then, it increases the pressure of cultivated land, the supply and demand contradiction of land is prominent.Therefore,developing the land consolidation in rural residential areas improves the degree of intensive use of land in rural areas, and realizes the combination of the orderly expansion of urban construction and rural residents gradually removed and combined, balancing urban and rural development will come true at last.At present, many parts of China have carried out the land consolidation in rural residential areas,but,they lack the systematic theoretical guidance,and also neglect the impact that the differences of regional economic conditions lead to on this work. Research on the rural residential land consolidationis less, lack of deep research. This paper studies the rural residential land consolidationis systematically.The method of estimation of realistic potential of land consolidation in rural residential areas and the selection of residential consolidation mode is put forward in this paper. The paper takes Yunxi County as an example, in order to enriches the rural residential consolidation theory and guid the practice of rural residential land consolidation.Based on the status analysis of rural residents of Yunxi County, thepotential of rural residential land consolidation andconsolidation mode are studied in this paper, and the author also put forward thescheme of optimization adjustment for its layout. Reaserch on Calculation of land consolidation potential in rural settlements, it summarizes the common calculation methods (standard of per capital land use, household land use standard) in order to calculate the rural residential land consolidation potential theory, then calculate the real consolidation potential by AHP. Reaserch on the selection of residential consolidation mode,by utilizing the Voronoi characteristic of spatial segmentation,the paper makes an analysis of point-set density. Acording to the preliminary classification of the formation of settlements distribution patterns, based on the potential for the development of Yunxi county,it has a partition on the rural residential area according to the construction suitability.Then, it leads the selection of residential consolidation mode, combined with the results of classification and partition. The results show that, the rural residents of Yunxi county has great potential to be tapped, the actual consolidation potential of Jingyang, Liulang Xi,and Guanyin township are more than250hectares.30.02%of the current residential is suit for the urban and rural residential consolidation mode;17.35%is suit for central village consolidation mode;44.43%is suit for Joint construction consolidation mode in village;8.20%is suit for relocation consolidation mode.
