Study Of The Potential Consolidation And Layout Optimization In Rural Residential Areas Based On GIS Raster

With the development of society and the increase of population, construction area is in the gradual expansion, no matter in city or country, the rigid demand of land in society is continually growing, only with the intensive use of land can we achieve the goals of healthy development of society, rational use of resources and the protection of environment. Issues about "agriculture, countryside and farmer" are the prominent problems in China recent years. China is an agriculture-based country; the development of agriculture is the foundation of social stability. In order to advance the socialist new countryside construction, to adjust land use structure, and to protect arable land, the government focuses on investment of land consolidation, strives to improve the material conditions for agricultural production, and improves the ability of rural comprehensive economic production.Rural residential land consolidation is an important part of land consolidation, and also an important action of guaranteeing the interests of farmers, the reasonable and orderly development of rural residential land consolidation can promote the intensive use of land and maintain the dynamic equilibrium of the total cultivated land. This paper is based on the calculation of consolidation potential of rural residents, to optimize the rural residential land layout. First of all, the author chose indicators from three aspects of society, nature and economy, used AHP and Delphi method to establish index system, calculated the theoretical consolidation potential, and modified it to calculate the consolidation potential. Secondly, the author selected evaluation factors in the two aspects of nature and geography, combined with the results of consolidation potential calculation, with the application of GIS grid analysis to obtain the map of suitability score distribution, I built residential suitability evaluation system. Finally, I make adjustment scheme for the layout of rural residential, so that residents can be more appropriate to the regional development in the future implementation of the land consolidation, in order to promote the intensive use of land.In this study, taking the rural residential land consolidation in Jishan County as object, Jishan County is in the downstream area of Fenhe River, which crosses the county from east to west. In order to analyze the river, traffic and location factors that influence the layout of rural settlements, the author collected and processed the data of Jishan County at first, and come to a conclusion that area of rural residents of theoretical consolidation potential is2907hm2. After modified the comprehensive index, area of real consolidation potential is572hm2, accounting for20%of theoretical consolidation potential. With the application of GIS grid analysis, result of residential suitability score shows that places around the center of town and on both sides of the main roads are more suitable for rural settlements. The author hopes to provide a theoretical basis and reference to the present stage of Jishan County Rural Residential consolidation.
