Liaoning huludao (hereinafter referred to as Yang-Gang area) is located inYan-Liao metallogenic belt on the northern margin of the North China platform atBajiazi-Lanjiagou metallogenic belt, located in the west of Liaoning, is a importantmolybdenum polymetallic metallogenic province. The fracture development,magmatic activity is strong, and metallogenic conditions is very good. Give priority towith molybdenum, lead and zinc minerals, ore deposit origin types including porphyrytypes, skarn types and porphyry-skarn types. The author on the basis of a largenumber of field geological work, through the system of collecting, sorting andsummarizing predecessors’ work and understanding, we selected three types ofrepresentative Mo deposits such as Lanjiagou,Yangjiazhangzi,Songshumao to detailstudy. Focusing on the regional geological background, ore deposit geologicalcharacteristics of typical deposits, diagenetic mineralization chronology,ore-controlling factors, summarizes the metallogenic regularity, and prospectingmodel is set up. The main advance achievements from this study are as followings:1. The Ore fields within the archean erathem mixed granite and gneiss typesource rock provides the molybdenum mineralization. When its assault on remelting along the basement faults, deep magma of molybdenum and its assault on the captureof the basement and cover when the fluid of the surrounding rock of molybdenum areenriched in the ore, when the magma condensate liquid containing molybdenum isgrowing along with the crystallization of magma, when the physical and chemicalcondition changes, enrichment in certain storage structures.2. The formation and distribution of molybdenum deposit strictly controlled bystructure. Deposits are output in the regional NE-trending and deep fault that to EW tothe secondary fault. Secondary fracture structure and its derivative of low orderfracture determines the size of the ore body size, form, shape, also determines thestrength of the mineralization and alteration and the distribution range, has obviousmultistage and multiphase tectonic ore-controlling features.3. The skarn types deposit of ore formation is mainly for the Jx limestone andç›'-O limestone, shale; Porphyry molybdenum deposits are mainly related to Mesozoicintermediate-acid compound intrusion. Although the metallogenic environmentdifferent, metallogenic material source of Yanshan magmatic rocks (HongluoshanMountain).4. structure-magmatic cycle of Yanshan is the main times, the molybdenumdeposit formation of the ore fields related to mineralization in fine grained granite andgranite porphyry molybdenum in abundance value is high, the electronic probe testthat the potash feldspar in fine grained granite and granite porphyry is the carrier ofmolybdenum minerals, Mo from granite, especially the fine grained granite of earlyJurassic intrusive in Yanshan period and closely related to mineralization, are theore-forming parent rock of the area.5. The main type of rock alterationwere K-feldsparization, greisenizationâ†'silkBritish lithificationâ†'silicification,illitizationâ†'iron and manganese carbonatizationâ†'chloritizationâ†'carbonation, and mineralization mainly with silk British lithificationand silicification, illitization, iron and manganese carbonatization stage can be used asprospecting marks.Summarizes the metallogenic regularity in metallogenic prediction theory as aguide, combined with the mine production practice in recent years, the resource potential of the mining area is forecasted, the space of the mining area still has thevery good prospecting potential and resources.
