Landslide, as a kind of geological disaster, has a great destructive, and is difficult to governance. The stability of the landslide under the seismic action is particularly complicated. It is a multi-discipline research and still a big problem for civil engineering at present.Taking Xiaowan, Huaping, Balanggou landslide as the research object, this paper calculate the stability of the landslides by using transfer coefficient method and Janbu method. The variation of the two algorithms calculation results is less than0.05and the rate of change is less than4.5%, which proves that they are reasonable, and the calculation results of Janbu method is relatively conservative.Analyze the degree that unit weight, cohesion and the angel of obliquity can affect the landslide stability by Janbu method. Here are the results:The unit weight and the coefficient of stability show negative correlation, while the cohesion, angel of obliquity are positively correlated with the coefficient of stability, and the landslide stability is most sensitive to the change of angel of obliquity. The change of the engineering parameters influence on the landslide stability under the influence of the earthquake is also analyzed. The results showed that the overall trend of influence on the landslide stability by engineering parameters remains the same, but the degree of influence is slightly less.Landslide stability is also analyzed under the action of small, medium and strong earthquakes by using finite element method. We calculate the earthquake response of soil layer by equivalent linearization method and the stability of landslide by the finite element stress method, then we get time-histories curves of landslides’stability coefficient under the influence of the earthquake. The results are as follows: The minimum landslide stability coefficient doesn’t occur at the time of the largest seismic acceleration; The selection of seismic waves has an enormous influence upon the seismic stability analysis results; All of the original stable landslides appear different degree of instability under different seismic action.At last, we compared and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of several methods calculating earthquake stability of landslide, and put forward seismic stability evaluation suggestions for landslide, that Prevention and control level is I, II, Ⅲ.Through the study of evaluation method of earthquake stability for landslide, we not only revealed the stability regular of the landslide under seismic action, discussed the evaluation method of seismic landslide stability and its influencing factors, but also put forward suggestions that evaluate the seismic stability of landslide.
