Electrostatic Method For Measurement Concentration Of Gas-Solid Two Phase Flow

Industrial stocks are main source from which the suspended powdery solids in the air are being emitted. Those solids directly have negative effect to the health of human beings,so all the governments in different countries are taking strict policy to protect the pollution caused by the solids coming from industrial stocks.on-line monitoring the concentration of powdery solids from the stocks plays an important role in environment protection.This paper discusses concentration of gas-solid two phase flow with electrostatic sensor. It proposes using root mean square voltage method for the measurement of solid concentration of gas-solid two phase flow. The main tasks are as following:(1) Design and set up a horizontal line dust experimental platform, realize dust concentration measurement experiment.(2) Improve the design of analog circuit; using digital filter instead of analog filter, reducing the power consumption of analog circuits; increase the 16 ADS8361 analog-to-digital conversion and watch dog in the digital circuit.(3) Modify and improve the program for ARM to achieve automatic gain function,Automatic identification of zero and Voltage RMS measuring concentration、AD based on ADS8361 and Complete the PC software design based on MATLAB GUI.(4) Through the experiment analyzing sensor sensitivity of plug-in electrostatic sensor, the outer ring electrostatic sensor and inner ring of electrostatic sensor sensitivity.(5)Through the experiment analyzing the wind speed, the size of the electrostatic sensor and the humidity of material effect on the measurement system.
