Research And Realization Of Regional Development Assistant Decision Support System Based On 3D GIS

With the rapid development of modern geospatial information technology, geographic information system(GIS) applications had a huge development in our life. In the past few decades, GIS has been well developed for every aspects of society and it has played a huge role in it. With the development of computer and information technology, there comes the three-dimensional GIS(3DGIS). Google Earth was released followed the arrival of three-dimensional GIS, and it let us know that we can do more through the 3DGIS. The development of it in foreign countries is faster than China in the past years. With the rapid development, there has been a large number of excellent 3DGIS software in China, while it got a late start. For this paper, there are two perspectives to the study of regional development decision support system.First of all, the minor respect is 3DGIS spatial analysis decision support. The three-dimensional analysis is an important function of the three-dimensional GIS, it can provide decision support for regional development. In this paper, three-dimensional analysis of GIS were studied based on data models and algorithms. For the three-dimensional GIS, the thesis related to shelter and project planning problem, which is visibility analysis techniques and earthwork calculation analysis techniques. In addition, buffer analysis and the shortest path analysis are, involved in emergency aid decision-making. Additionally, it won’t necessarily achieve the desired results, if we just to show the three-dimensional GIS. Sometimes, the two-dimensional data have special abilities while three-dimensional data don’t have. So, a combination of 2D and 3D can be made. It could take advantages for each other, and achieve better decision support results. What’s more, an auxiliary model about regional economic crops was established to give decision support for regional economic development based on various environmental factors.Second, the major aspect is statistical analysis of regional development decision support. The study of regional economic model is the key to the decision support for regional development. The fourth chapter studies the statistical analysis of regional economic model, and it made the statistical analysis of regional economic models and GIS combined. Abundant use of GIS spatial analysis capabilities and visualization capabilities, a variety of regional economic distribution model analysis from multiple perspectives effectively can be used. It provides an effective method for the statistical analysis of the regional economy, and it can help decision support of regional development. In the analysis of Regional Development, GIS is used to express the position of the various economic activities and explore the trends in economic activities. What’s more, the spatial variation of regional economic activity can be simulated, and the appropriate regional development planning can be developed.Finally, this decision support system based on the three-dimensional GIS was completed with achieved results.
