With the development of science and technology,the application of geographic information system and decision support system has become increasingly widespread,and covered all aspects of life.Predecessors have done a lot of related research,and made great achievements.In addition,the appearance of metadata provides a great convenience for data management.In the field of GIS,metadata achieves dual purpose of effective management and reasonable sharing of geospatial information.In this paper,it presents intelligent decision support system based on GIS spatial data analysis.The system is an universal architecture designed to improve software reusability,shorten the time of system development,and improve the maintainability and scalability.The core of this system framework is decision support system,in order to increase the ability of self-learning and solving complex problems,it increases the GIS spatial data analysis techniques and metadata technology as a framework for data management,and adds intelligent computing model into decision support system.The system architecture consists of three modules--GIS spatial data analysis module,intelligent decision support and data management module.The three modules is independent and interconnected through an interface.The main function of GIS spatial analysis module is to filter and analyze GIS data and encapsulate computational geometry algorithms to process the data.In the decision support technology module,we deal with the output results by GIS spatial analysis module to provide support and basis for the final decision.Data management module's function is to manage parameters,including the design metadata,template parameters and model parameters.At the end of this paper,it test and verify the features and usability of the design framework by a practical case.The overall design of the system is done by input and output parameters,completed with the algorithm design of the functional part and fine tuning of the General section.Finally,an example system was tested,it indicated that the the design of the system framework in this article is available and reasonable.
