With the development of science, technology and market economy, the complexity, intelligence and high performance of the product have been increased. The requirements of the reliability, comfort and economy have also been improved. Vibration test has already been a necessary mean to test the performance. The working environment can been more truly simulated by mixed mode vibration test. Due to its complexity, mixed mode vibration test doesn’t been widely used like random and sine vibration test. The research on MIMO vibration control test has been a research hotspot now. A control algorithm for MIMO swept-sine on random mixed mode vibration environment test is proposed in this thesis. It is theoretically significant and important to the research on the complex structure.First of all, the domestic and foreign research and related results are reviewed. The control algorithm for mixed mode vibration environment test is given. The control algorithm is based on the linear vibration theory. The random and swept-sine signal of the mixed vibration signal can been controlled separately. In this control algorithm, the swept-sine signal is added to the controlled random signal in the time domain to excite the specimen. Then the swept-sine signal of the mixed vibration signal is controlled iteratively and continuously, until meeting the requirements.Secondly, the cantilever beam is selected as the simulation object. A control program is wrote by Matlab according to the algorithm. The control results can meet the requirements, preliminarily provide the feasibility of the algorithm. Finally, the knowledge of virtual instrument is studied and the experiment platform is set up. The control system is developed on PXI and programmed by Labview. The results once more demonstrate the feasibility of the algorithm, and show that the algorithm can achieve the desired objectives.
