For the flight structure in high vibration environments, the vibration test is usuallyconducted. The vibration test always needs to spend a lot of cost, a lot of time, and the testalso has a variety of situations. In order to carry out the vibration test more efficiently, thesimulation, prediction and optimization of the test are developed with the computersimulation technology before the test is conducted. In this dissertation, the factors ofvibration environment in the response control test for a slim-lined flight structure on singlevibration generator was researched.In this dissertation, the works done are as follows. Firstly the background andsignificance of simulation technology on the vibration test were described, and theprogress of dynamics simulation research was reviewed. Secondly, the basic theory offrequency response analysis and random vibration response control methods wereintroduced. Based on the random vibration response control theory, the algorithm tosolving critical points’ response was studied. By the finite element method, the slim-linedflight structure as the research object, the numerical model was established in theMSC.PATRAN and frequency response analysis of the structure was finished inMSC.NASTRAN. The operator interface to export the frequency response analysis resultsand the program for the calculation of response control also were developed. For differenttest cases including the different numbers and the different positions of control points, thedifferent form of fixtures and the different auxiliary support, numerical models weresimulated respectively. We made the comparison of a small number of the load cases ofthe test data and simulation data, they are in good agreement. Finally we got the dynamicresponse of the structure in different control cases.According to some determination conditions we select a few excellent test cases fromall the results of response control, and recommended excellent test scheme. The impact ofvarious factors on the single excitation vibration test was summarized.Lastly, the dissertation was summarized and the research to be continued was putforward.
