| The increasingly serious contradiction between human and land, tight grain supply and demand in the context of the growing population and limited land resources prompt people begin to attach importance to food security problems. In recent years, the central file No.1, has mentioned the food security problem more than once, and to improve the ability of grain production is an important way to ensure national food security. As one of important major grain-producing provinces, it is of great significance to positive analysis of the food production conditions, and find out the important factors that affecting grain production capacity to improve, and targeted for improvement to improve the Jilin province grain production capacity and further ensure national food security and promote the farmers’ income.The paper first qualitative analyses the grain production conditions and production phase and characteristics over the years of Jilin province, and affirmed the important position in the national grain production of Jilin province. At the same time, the grain production conditions for Jilin province are beneficial to the growth of crops, but because of the influence of the artificial aspects, the superior conditions have begun to fell. Secondly, apply SPSS software to respectively analyze the correlation and the degree of influence between the agricultural natural disaster, water resource utilization, the cultivated land quantity change, rural labor force, popularizing agricultural science and technology, agricultural mechanization, the directly financial subsidies policies of food and the Jilin province grain production capacity. Finally, to extract and purify index factors through analysis, using Eviews software to set up the C-D production function to quantitatively analyze the relationship between the index factors that to be extracted and purified and the Jilin province grain yield, and the results indicate that the largest contribution factor for the Jilin province grain production growth is agricultural mechanization, the contribution rate has reached 75.11%. Then further using DPS software to set up grey correlation analysis method to research the influence of the Jilin province index factors on the per unit area yield of grain and the perlabor output, and the results indicate that the applying quantity of chemical fertilizer and the per cultivated area have great influence on both two.Through the analysis, to improve the Jilin province grain production capacity must first strengthen the management and protection of cultivated land; the second to increase investment in agricultural technology and active in the field of water conservancy facilities construction; In addition, to keep pushing the agricultural machinery purchase subsidy and raising farmers’ purchasing power of agricultural machinery in order to realize agricultural mechanization level to further improve. |
