| A multifunctional rig is suitable for different geological conditions, and has practical significance in construction and tunnel works. In the market competition of technology and price, improving working performance and developing new functions have become very important.This thesis summarizes the development of multifunctional rigs, makes comparisons between domestic and foreign products, and finally concludes a future trend. Based on the trend, JD180BL rig is applied as the studying object, with a function of jet grouting added.By analyzing the structure and performance of JD180BL rig, and referencing the characteristic of SM-14 rig, design specifications can be made. The thesis contents include the mechanical system design, the control system design and the stability study.The mechanical system is designed according to the jet grouting function:choosing YDR150H jet grouting power head with designed slide rails; making a feed beam structure with scalable joints; implementing a guide bar for the feed beam work; adding trolley travelling mechanism to meet the movement range; using new leg structures to ensure the integral stability. Based on the specifications,3D modelling can be finished. To ensure the design strength, finite element analysis is carried out in Solidworks with two key components which are the slide rail of jet grouting head and the substrate of sliding.The control system consists of the hydraulic subsystem and the electronic subsystem. The hydraulic subsystem is designed on the basis of the rotating loop, impact loop, feed loop and adjusting loop. The hydraulic schematic diagram is drawn. The electronic subsystem uses the JEANLUTZ system for monitoring. The reasons of the choice of display devices, sensors and software are explained specifically. The electronics schematic diagram is drawn.The stability study uses force-angle stability measure, and gives calculations and analysis in different working conditions, so that the work safety of the rig can be ensured. |
