The advantage of drilling for the DTH is that it is almost applicable for all types of igneous rock,metamorphic rock and sedimentary rock of more than in hard.It is more beneficial to drill using DTH for hard rock and hard formation.Under the action of impact loads,the contact area in the rock bit tooth blade will produce a rupture of a broken area and produce larger particles of debris in addition to the direct crushing of local rock because of the brittleness of hard rock and hard formation.So the drilling rate is consumedly faster than pure rotary drilling.To do the overall concept design of the DTH,analyze and calculate for the stability of the machine and the hydraulic system combining with the actual working conditions of the DTH on the basis of wide range of inspection,collection of information,analyzing and contrasting the advantages and disadvantages of the various constituents of the existing down-the-hole drill.To design Hydraulic System Diagram and analyze its main oil line in connection with the variety complex conditions of drill.complete the lectotype design of power head motor,winch motor,fuel tank from the frame amplitude,outrigger cylinder,pressurized tanks,main valve and other important hydraulic components according to their specific conditions and operating load.
