Favorable Optimization Of Shuguang Buried-hill Zone On Western Sag In Liaohe Oil Province

This thesis is originated from the project of Mudlogging GWDC, called well-deployment research of Shuguang-Lei area on western in Liaohe oil province, and is focused on the favorable optimization of Shuguang buried-hill zone. The research of Shuguang buried-hill zone had a certain limitation in the past because of the low level of exploration and development technology, the complexity of fracture system and feature evaluation. Therefore, in-depth exploration was impossible at that time. Based on the theories of sedimentology, reservoir geology and petroleum geology, and combined with the data, such as mudlogging, logging, core observation and analysis, the thesis is mainly focused on evaluation prediction on the buried-hill.During the process of research, completion well data are applied to comprehensive study, with the knowledge of sedimentary. The results show that a set of dark mudstone and oil shale rock reservoir are buried in the area of Es3 and Es4, which provides sufficient oil source. Besides that, there are reservoirs of Archean metamorphic rocks and Proterozoic-Paleozoic carbonate rocks and thick mudstone cover layer of overlying Es3. Therefore, this area has a good combination of source-reservoir-cap assemblage. Multiple favorable oil and gas traps were found in the area with 3D seismic interpretation. Based on result of reservoir inversion and comprehensive geology analysis, 8 exploratory wells are selected in 8 favorable traps. This research will provide a basis for stable and increase production and finding the succeeding district of exploration and development.
