In this paper, through collecting xi ’an natural geography, hydrology and meteorology, hydrogeological conditions, groundwater exploitation and utilization of information and monitoring data of groundwater data, to ba river water as the research object, analyzes the mining conditions in 1956-2010, regional groundwater flow field change rule, landing funnel, on behalf of the well; Water source of groundwater numerical simulation model was established by applying the modflow, depict the water hydrogeological model, the forecast of the underground water level under different mining conditions.
