In order to solve the problem exiting in the process of cleaning licorice,such as licorice root is easy winding,cleaning is not clean,licorice acid is easy to soluble in water and cleaning efficiency is low,high-pressure water jet cleaning solution based on the double-faced fan nozzle was proposed in this thesis. High-pressure water jet cleaning is widely applied in all kinds of cleaning conditions because of its such advantages as high cleaning efficiency,strong cleaning, low pollution to the environment and low cost.The fan nozzle can provide smooth and uniform flat jet,with good compactness, its cleaning area is much bigger than that provided by the cylindrical nozzle.However, jet energy and force loss a lot because of the jet diffusion,so high pressure is used.Based on the different structural parameters,the different distance between double nozzle cleaning target surface and different inlet pressure which affect the performance of fan nozzle jet,simulations was carried out to analyze the influence law of on the jet flow.So the simulation of high-pressure water jet fan nozzle cleaning is of great significance to develop the licorice cleaning equipment.At first,Based on the Fluid Dynamics Theory,the structure and basic parameters of high-pressure water jet and the cleaning mechanism were analyzed to lay the theoretical basis for further research.Secondly,Using Gambit and Fluent, the simulation model of high-pressure water jet fan nozzle was established.The influence of parameters on velocity,water phase content,target surface impact and the nozzle flow of Jet was studied by changing some parameters,such as the fan inlet diameter and outlet diameter of nozzle,entrance length,contraction length,export length,V groove angle and the size of the grooving offset.Finally,the model of double fan nozzle cleaning was set up to analyze the characteristics of jet under different target surface distance,optimal standoff distance was determined by comparison.Change rules of jet velocity,target surface,radial pressure on target surface,impact and traffic were obtained in different pressure condition.
