With the economic development, people’s living standard is being improved, more and more families began to focus on the room’s decoration. A large number of building and decorative materials which contain formaldehyde have entered the room. The volatile formaldehyde seriously polluted the air in the door, induced by a variety of diseases. Therefore, the development of the new formaldehyde scavenger has a good value in application and promotion. It can promoted the indoor environment into a direction of green and healthy, so it has a great significance in the health of residents living and working indoors.Indoor formaldehyde pollution is the most harmful and serious indoor air pollution, which is universal, gravitive, invisible and long-standing. Based on the reaction of tea with formaldehyde, dealing formaldehyde with tea will be researched to develop a new type of smear-based formaldehyde scavenger which can react with formaldehyde in the sheet. It has been founded that when the concentration of tea is 10g/L, the dispeling percentage of formaldehyde is the maximum and the duration is better. Through the design of orthogonal experiment we can know the optimal formula is A1B2C1D2. It is a mixed solution prepared withlOg/L of tea,0.75mol/L of sodium sulfite,0.5mol/L of ammonium chloride and 0.75mol/L of urea in accordance with the volume ratio of 1:1:1:1 which has a better effect in dispeling formaldehyde. When the optimal formula is dry, the dispeling percentage of formaldehyde is 71.0%; 12h later the dispeling percentage of formaldehyde is 89.9%. The optimal formula for the free formaldehyde of the sheet has a better effect and a longer duration. For the existing formaldehyde in the air of indoor, new released gel of chlorine dioxide is developed to dispel the free formaldehyde in the door. Chlorine dioxide has strong oxidation and when it is react with formaldehyde, the final products are carbon dioxide and water. It has been founded that:when the concentration of formaldehyde is 0.5mg/m3, the concentration of chlorine dioxide we should select is 0.9 mg/m3; when the concentration of formaldehyde is 0.3mg/m3, the optimum concentration of chlorine dioxide is 0.6 mg/m3; when the concentration of formaldehyde is 0.15mg/m3, the optimum concentration of chlorine dioxide we should select is 0.4 mg/m3.In this paper, superabsorbent is used to produce released gel of chlorine dioxide. The best released formulation through experiment is:sodium chlorite 10g, activator 5g, superabsorbent 10g, crosslinker 2g. Determinations of the external conditions show that: The released rate of chlorine dioxide increases with temperature, while there is no obvious effect on the particle size of activator. Emission kinetics study of chlorine dioxide gel shows that:the initial reaction is a first-order reaction, the kinetic equation is log(c)= 0.0527×t+0.8446; the stable reaction is a first-order reaction, the kinetic equation is log(c)=-0.0029 x t+1.185; the mid-reaction is a zero reaction, the kinetics equation is c =-0.6023 x t+15.304; and the reaction in the end is a second-order reaction, the kinetic equation is 1/c=0.1217 x t+0.0286.
