About 400-600 million tons of waste oil can be generated every year. The emissions notonly cause the waste of resources, also can cause many environmental pollutions and socialproblems. People more and more pay close attentions with“waste oil problem”. At present,the recycling method of waste oil is preparating biodiesel, phosphorus detergent and otherchemical products, but these chemical products exist some shortcomings of productionprocesses complex, low value-added and so on. This article newly proposes the directmaking waste oil and polyamine into imidazoline, and provides a new about waste oilresource recoveryUnder the condition of waste oils and diethylenetriamine as materials, DMF as solvent,taking two steps to preparate alkyl imidazoline, and take the reaction with 1-Bromobutane topreparating the imidazoline quaternary compound. And through the single factor experiments,orthogonal tests,the control of material ratio (grease: polyamine) is 1:1 2, reaction time is 2h,reaction temperature is firstly 140℃for amidation, then quickly warming to 190℃. All ofthese is the best synthetic process. Characterization the structure of synthetic products by theinfrared spectrum , Special absorption peaks of imidazoline ring. Through the hanging pieceweight-loss method and electrochemical polarization curve method show excellent corrosioninhibition effect of imidazoline quaternary compound in the water-based corrosive medium,its best Inhibition rate can achieve 98% above. Blending imidazoline quaternary compoundwith several other substance into the Neutral inhibitor M, the experimental results show thatthese substances exist between the excellent Mutual effect. The best Inhibition ratio isimproved to 96% above, absolute corrosion rate was lower than 0.6 g/m~2h, and it is betterthan inhibitors Xi,an SK-106 in the market.
