Through the questionnaire survey that, due to the improvement of living standards, ourchildren’s body shape and size of the original there was significant difference, the existingchildren’s clothes HaoXing standard and consumer actual size do not match the problembecomes more and more serious. Based on the existing HaoXing standard made of thechildren at the specifications plate type jeans set of not accord with the consumer bodily formfeature, leading to quite a number of children can’t buy the right jeans. This paper in order tosolve this problem, based on children in bodily form feature jeans design structure research.Based on the235western region6~8years old at school age children for the study,using non-contact3d body scanners to the Scanworx software samples of the human body30parts of the data acquisition. Through the statistical analysis of the data clearly the study ofthe main body features and main control parts; To research objects by the basis ofclassification, determine the kinds of children control the size and the control part positionand detail about the formula of the prototype pattern; Make children under the HaoXing aboutbody clothing series. In the study, carried out on the basis of the prototype of pants draw, andthrough the main objective evaluation, verified the rationality of the prototype pants outfit.The research method basically has:(1) Analysis of questionnaire. As three respects of analysis in comfortable, consumerbehavior and design elements as well as the four-point proposal, it clears the research objectivesand content.(2) Based on the analysis of human data. SPSS software to analyze the data of the235central and western areas,6-8years, school-age children body parts extracted from thereaction of the lower body size characteristics of the four factors and14feature indexes.(3) The use of cluster analysis classification of lower body size and type of setting.Abdominal waist and waist high/Waist sample data measured on the basis of classification,the use of fast clustering method determined by analyzing the sample is divided into sixcategories, including boys of the XA, WA, YB three kinds; girls in sub-XA, WB, YB three,and each type of intermediate size. The methods and results of this studycan be applied to children’s clothing version of design, fit evaluation methods for children’sclothing fitted with theoretical research and practical applications.
