The Research On Bra Wire Based On The Analysis Of Midwest Middle-aged Women Breast Shape

Bra wire is an important part to keep the bra shape. It has the function of focused andsupported effect, it can make bra to keep perfect appearance and more personal.However,during the practicing and market research courses in some underwear enterprises, the authorsfound that the design of the bra wire lacks of human body data in underwear enterprises, andfound that middle-aged women have high demand for model of bra in the market research, butmiddle-aged women have low satisfaction for bra wire at the same time, based on the abovereasons, the author propose the direction of research of this subject.On the basic of data from females aged from36~45, born and growing up in the Midwestpart of China, the breast bottom curve modeling was painted by the software of solid workshe Purpose is to study the main details size of bra wire and details sizes of breast bottomcurve modeling. The concrete contents include:（1）The consumer behavior questionnaire of middle-aged women：Through the braconsumers behavior survey of380middle-aged women from the Midwest part of China, andthe four aspects analysis of personal basic information，design elements of the preferences,attention factors, satisfaction for bra wire, objectives and content of this research are clarified.（2）Data analysis of the Human body measure: Non-contact three-dimensional humanbody scanner is used in this research. The subjects are71female aged about36-45, and wereborn in the Midwest part of China, then solid works paints breast bottom curve modeling.5main factors and7characteristic indicators that can reflect the lower breast feature isextracted through the method of factor analysis.（3）Classification of breast bottom modeling: Classifications of breast bottom modelingof middle-aged women are divided into three categories through clustering analysis method.（4）Design, manufacture and evaluation of Bra:With the result of this paper, design,manufacture and evaluate the bra’s fitness through the person fitting experiment, search thehighest satisfaction bra wire that different numbers of people and verify the result’s validity.This study will enable the setting of bra wire more perfect and more reasonable. It ishelpful to solve the problem of product backlog resulted from substandard that can not satisfythe demand of consumers, slow quality improvement. Meanwhile this study will providenecessary body sizes when the underwear factories expand the Midwest part of China.
