Mechanical manufacturing industry is the pillar industry of the national economy.CNC machine tools are the main equipments of machine tools which are the basicequipments of mechanical manufacturing industry. Nowadays, the desired processingquality is more and more high and the while the Processing shape is more and morecomplex, so the traditional processing methods appears significant limitations as inprocessing microporous and so on,but the laser machining technology Show greatadvantage on this aspect.Laser processing machine tool has been developing rapidly with the development oflaser processing technology. Five axis laser processing machine developed rapidly due toits three-dimensional processing characteristics and the unique advantages in thecomplex surface processing,as the three dimensional laser cutting head is the keycomponent of the laser cutting machine,its precision can throw much effect on theprocessing quality of the laser cutting machine.This article will do research on the properties of the laser cutting head. The researchwill conclude two aspects:the design of principle and mechanical structure according tothe functional requirements of the3D laser cutting head,and establish athree-dimensional laser cutting head space error model according to the theory ofkinematics of multi body system as to analyse the location precision of the laser cuttinghead,and we also analyse the errors which have key effect to the location precision whilewe get the value of the location precision.According to the static load and dynamic performance during3D laser cutting headrunning, we establish the three-dimensional finite element model of laser cutting headand analyse the deformation of the laser cutting head because of the static load such asthe gravity,and we get the correspondent deformation.We also do the model analysis andthe harmonic response analysis of the whole structure.We get the natural frequency andthe deformation image as the result of the model analysis. Also we do the transientdynamic analysis and we find that when moved in the acceleration phase,the Dynamicperformance is good.
