Laser cutting machine is a kind of advanced cutting equipment which is applied in industrial field,mainly aiming at cutting plate and pipe.In recent years,with the market share of laser cutting machine continues to rise,more and more new products continue to be developed and put into the market.At home and abroad,the research focus of laser cutting machine is on the laser and the control system.While the research on the stability and reliability of structure of the laser cutting machine is very little.The research object of this paper is 3015 M type fiber laser cutting machine,a new type of integrated fiber laser cutting machine developed by Shandong Leiming Numerical Control Laser Equipment Co.,Ltd.In this paper,by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS-Workbench,the dynamic and static state of the 3015 M type fiber laser cutting machine is studied,and the part of the structure is designed and optimized based on the production practice and theoretical analysis.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)The main technical parameters of 3015 M type fiber laser cutting machine are introduced;according to the design index of the running speed of the equipment,the suitable servo motor is selected;according to the requirements of the manufacturers,this paper analyzes the various working conditions of the equipment;with the use of Solidworks,the simplified three-dimensional structure model of this equipment is established,which still keeps the structure feature;then the three-dimensional model is put into Workbench.With boundary conditions of each component and mesh,the finite element model is established.(2)With the use of rigid motion analysis module of the Workbench,motion simulation of 3015 M type fiber laser cutting machine and force analysis of structure under certain working condition are done;static analysis on the machine,Z shaft assembly and beam components are done,crossbeam improvement is done according to the practical problems and the analysis conclusion.(3)Designed a casting crossbeam.Based on the response surface optimization method,the casting crossbeam is analyzed,which ensuring the structure strength of the casting beam and the reducing weight is set as the goal.The design parameters of casting crossbeam is selected,and the optimized casting beam is analyzed,Select a servo motor.(4)Based on the finite element method,dynamic model of this equipment was built.The rigid flexible coupling model of the Z axis component was established,using transient analysis module.The laser head vibration under the two different conditions was analysed.Improving design for the Z axis component was made and finally applied to actual production.The results of this study provide an effective reference for the practical design and production,and some modified designs have been applied in practice,and achieved good results,with a certain significance of theoretical guidance,production and application.
