So called fiber CO2Laser embroidery machine, refers to the embroidery machineequipped with CO2laser systems, it is the special embroidery machine perfect combinedwith three sets of process, which are the computer embroidery, high speed laser cuttingand laser carve patterns. Combining the characteristics of fiber CO2laser embroiderymachine, the following aspects of fiber CO2laser embroidery machine control system isdiscussed in this paper.First, the mechanical structure of fiber CO2laser embroidery machine is brieflydescribed in the paper, and the overall structure and design method of fiber CO2laserembroidery machine control system is detailed. Then a new idea to compensate thedifference between the laser output power through the power control terminals isproposed.Secondly, two fiber CO2laser embroidery machine control systems based on STM32and RD6332G are designed in this paper.then the advantages and disadvantages of the twodesigns are analyzed and compared.Then, the problem in laser output power detection is discussed in this paper,and thepower conditioning system with MSP430core which is proposing a new idea to adjust thePWM control mode on output power of the laser tube is designed.Finally, the whole test is carried out to the control system of the optical fiber CO2laser embroidery machine, and the process of the simulation is demonstrated in detail.Otherwise, the paper makes the presentation and analysis of the actual test result.This paper stated that the optical fiber CO2laser embroidery machine control systemwork stability, safety performance is good, and has very high market application valuethrough practical test.
