Mining industry is the foundation and pillar industries of the national economy. Withthe continuous development of the mining industry in recent years, as an importanttransport machinery of underground mining, underground Load-Haul-Dump vehicle playsa vital role in the whole industry development, because of the working process of thereliability, stability and efficiency. The process of underground mining shovel loadingprocess is completed by the working device of underground LHD, the study ofunderground LHD Working Process and working performance has important implicationsfor underground mining.Hydraulic system is similar to the "blood" of the whole underground scraper, is thebasis of scrapers to complete a series of the work process. This paper analyzes theworking device hydraulic system, hydraulic steering system, hydraulic braking system,steering coil cable hydraulic system in sequence. This paper introduces the principle andthe concrete operation process of hydraulic system, such as complete the action of bucketlifting, the vehicle steering, the vehicle brake, cable release and so on.Working device is similar to the "limbs" of the whole underground scraper, is theimportant executive body of scraper in completed actions, such as shovel loading,transportation, unloading and other activities under the mine. This article based on theprinciple analysis of the hydraulic system, using the simulation software AMESim thework device of the hydraulic system model is established, in order to simulate the actualoperation situation of the underground scrapers, we set the signals of model according tothe actual working process, and analyzes the simulation results.In order to further analysis of the working device, this paper using a drawing toolsoftware SolidWorks to draw the3D model of the scraper, and transfer the model into thedynamics analysis software ADAMS. Add constraint relationships based on parts theconstraint relation between components, add drive function of hydraulic cylinderaccording to the movement law, according to the change of the loading material to makeload function. To make the virtual prototype is consistent with the working process of the actual condition.and analyze the working process and working performance are of thevirtual prototype.In order to improve the stability of the working device to completes the liftingmovement. This paper established the parametric model of working device with thesoftware of ADAMS, find out the design variables which have the great influence ontarget function. Optimize the structure of the working device, then the optimization resultis obtained according to comparing the results after optimization.The role of the hydraulic system is to control the underground LHD by completingthe relevant actions, it is also most of failures, at the end of this paper introduced themaintenance of hydraulic system of the underground LHD. And analyzedthe elimination of the common failure of the hydraulic system.
