Hydraulic press is a key equipment of the equipment manufacturing industry, Itsspecifications and equipment level is often as an important symbol of the nationalmanufacturing capacity and strength of the economic and national defense. With thedevelopment and application of the electro-hydraulic proportional technology, hydraulicpress well realize the steady, rapid and accurate control. However, for the proportional fastforging system of hydraulic press, Its installed capacity configurate according tomaximum power of hydraulic press, however the system does not work at full capacity inmost of the time, all this makes low transmission efficiency plagued the system.Particularly for fast forging hydraulic press, its transmission efficiency is less than5%,which cause serious waste of energy. As the resources increasingly tense, energy-savingtechnology of hydraulic system gets more and more attention. With the advantages ofenergy saving and stable operation, direct drive electro-hydraulic servo technology comesinto being, but its application is restricted by the speed of response. This paper makes fulluse of energy-saving advantages of direct drive electro-hydraulic servo technology and theadvantages of fast response of electro-hydraulic proportional technique, finally putforward a valve and pump compound control system based on frequency conversionadjustment of fast forging hydraulic press.In this paper, relying on the natural science foundation of Hebei youth project "theenergy consumption mechanism research and the Energy saving control research of valvecontrol system of large forging hydraulic press system ", mainly to complete the followingwork:First, in order to lay the foundation for the simulation and the experimental study, themathematical model of valve and pump compound control system based on frequencyconversion adjustment of fast forging hydraulic press is established, along with themodeling analysis of key components and related units.Second, the research of closed loop controller of system pressure which is based onfuzzy self-tuning and closed loop controller of displacement which is based on dynamic pressure feedback is carried out. Simulation model of valve and pump compound controlsystem based on frequency conversion adjustment of fast forging hydraulic press isestablished based on the simulation software AMESim.Third, the experimental study on the valve and pump compound control system basedon frequency conversion adjustment of fast forging hydraulic press is carried out. Toanalyzes its basic characteristic and energy consumption, and verify the theory andsimulation results.
