The large ring of hardened design and manufacturing standards play a vital role in acountry’s industrial development, in the production process, to achieve its tooth surfaceprecision grinding has been a technical difficulty of our country. As domestic demand forhigh precision within large hard tooth surface gear ring of growing, be badly in need of away to achieve high accuracy high efficiency grinding large hard tooth surface of innerring gear grinding machine.This article is based on the spherical worm wheel design of worm wheel grindingwheel grinding large continuous development in the hard tooth face gear into geargrinding machine, the main research content is as follows:(1) According to the internal gear and worm wheel grinding process, the design of themachine tool transmission principle, main technical parameters of machine tool is given,and through the analysis comparison to develop a reasonable overall structure of machinetool.(2) According to the overall structure scheme for gear grinding machine, the mainstructure is designed: wheel rotation, workbench rotation, wheel frame rotation, wheelframe axial feed and radial feeding mechanism. Every movement has a separate shaft toachieve its grinding movement and scientifically on the axis system structure design andparameter calculation. According to Transmission system, design CNC systems of thegrinding machine.(3) Through finite element analysis, statics and dynamic characteristic analysisisdone on the main shaft system and lathe bed, and verify the rationality of the design ofmachine tool parts.
