With the deterioration and eutrophication of water increasing, meanwhile,resource utilization of sewage water is required by severe water shortage, sewagetreatment plant ungrading and reconstruction is imperative. Among them, removenitrogen pollution is a difficult problem.In this thesis, DA-type fiber bundle with large specific surface area is as the filler,design two-section filter bed with nitrification column and de-nitrification column,discuss the nitrogen pollutants removing effect of deep bed filtration device. In thecondition of different hydraulic loading, gas water ratio, pH value and C/N ration,compare the removing rate of total nitrogen, ammonia nitrogen, at the same time,detect and analyze changing situation the of nitrate in the water. The results of thisthesis is as follows:(1) Search the cultural method for combine artificial inoculation membraneforming and low load continuous cultivation in low load. The test shows that after26days, DA-type fiber bundle is membrane forming successfully, the outlet waterquality of reactor is improved significantly, the removing rate of COD, ammonianitrogen and nitrate nitrogen is kept at more than50%and stable.(2) In the technological condition of designed inlet water quality is COD49.9mg/L, TN29.4mg/L, NH3-N22.1mg/L,hydraulic load2.0m3/m2·h, gas waterratio3:1, pH value7.5, the activity of bio-membrane at deep bed filter bed filler is thehighest and treatment effect is the best. The highest removal rate total nitrogen is73.2%and ammonia nitrogen is83.3%.(3) De-nitrification dynamics model of nitrate nitrogen:C1C0e xp(2.9084hq).(4) Compare with ceramic filter material, membrane forming time DA-type fiberbundle filter material is shorter, hydraulic loading is larger, the quantity of pollutantfiltration is greater, investment is less, operation cost is lower, so it has betterapplication prospect.
