| Because of high safety, unlimited resources, not subject to geographical restrictions, clean,renewable and other excellent properties, solar energy become necessary for humandevelopment as a kind of green and clean energy, photovoltaic power generation is to turnthis green clean energy into the electrical power, so the photovoltaic industry is known as astrategic rising industry in the21st century and has huge potential for development. However,a problem about serious waste of resources and environmental pollution existed in theproduction and manufacturing process of photovoltaic industry, which has been seriouslyhampered the sustainable development of the photovoltaic industry.Cleaner production has good economic benefit, environmental benefit and social benefit,which can fundamentally solve the contradiction between economic development andenvironmental protection "mismatch", considered to be the only way and the best mode ofphotovoltaic industry to achieve economic benefit, social benefit and environmentalbenefits.However, most people not deeply understanding the thought of cleaner production,the cleaner production assessment and its principles and methods, uncertain about theeconomic benefits, environmental benefits and social benefits brought by cleaner productionassessment, furthermore, the high capital investment and technical support required by cleanerproduction assessment and other reasons lead to cleaner production assessment lack ofinitiative and enthusiasm, therefore cleaner production assessment has not been widelypromoted in the photovoltaic industry.By using the method of literature review and case study unifies, this article first elaboratingthe theory of cleaner production and cleaner production assessment, then analyzing thedevelopment prospects of photovoltaic industry, and introducing the photovoltaic industryproduction process and pollution situation, on this basis pointing out the necessity andfeasibility of carrying out clean production of photovoltaic industry, finally takinga photovoltaic silicon digestion enterprise in Shaanxi as an example, combining with theprocess of the company to carry out cleaner production assessment, exploringthe general method to develop cleaner production audit in photovoltaic industry of silicondigestion fragment, summarizing the current problems to carry out cleaner productionassessment in photovoltaic industry of silicon digestion fragment and giving reasonablesuggestion, in order to provide the basis for promoting cleaner production in the photovoltaicindustry, and also become a reference for the implementation of future generations of cleanerproduction in related industries. |
