The traditional printing and dyeing industry not only consume much energy but also produce much pollution.The end-of-pipe treatment is not able to meet the increasingly stringent environmental requirements and increase the production costs of enterprises.The implementation of cleaner production is the key way to realize the sustainable development strategy of printing and dyeing industry.At present,there are only the printing and dyeing industry index system and the clean production standard of cotton dyeing and printing industry in cleaner production assessment systems for dyeing and printing industry.After nearly ten years of practical application,it indicates that above index system and standard cannot fully meet the requirements of increasingly stringent environmental protection and product quality control.So,cotton dyeing and printing industry call for some more scientific and objective evaluation index systems.According to the relevant requirements of the technical characteristics and environmental protection production of printing and dyeing industry,and based on the determined value of evaluation index weights AHP method,Fuzzy method was used to construct the comprehensive "cotton printing and dyeing industry clean production evaluation index system" in this thesis.The index system consists of 6 criteria layers and 30 evaluation indicators.Compared with the old clean production standard of cotton printing and dyeing,10 indicators were added to cotton printing and dyeing industry clean production evaluation index system,including the "soda consumption","dye consumption" and "additive consumption","hydrogen peroxide consumption","dye recycling rate" and "soda recovery","unit wastewater emissions","lampblack emission concentration of the heat-setting machine","particulate matter emission concentration of the heat-setting machine","VOCs emission concentration of the heat-setting machine".2 indicators,the comprehensive energy consumption and industrial water recycling rate were optimized to fulfill the quantification requirements.Taking a garment enterprise in Foshan city as an example,after field investigation,data collection and check of clean production standard,we understood the real situation about production and management and obtained production environment management data from this company.The cotton printing and dyeing industry clean production evaluation index system was used to evaluate each index of this company.Through benchmarking evaluation,we found that the pretreatment,dyeing process and equipment and energy saving,and water recycling have great potential for improvement.Then,35 improvement projects,such as biological enzyme technology to replace the old cotton dyeing and finishing process,the introduction of air machine replacing part of overflow dyeing machine and transformation for steam and hot oil pipeline,and replace the pipe insulation materials,high temperature dyeing machine plus insulation materials,thermal oil furnace exhaust heat recovery utilization,condensed water,cooling water recycling,recycling the wastewater treatment compliance were schemed to realize the above potential.After the implementation of the improvement program and application of advanced pre-treatment,dyeing process and equipment in the company,the energy consumption and water consumption indicators had also been greatly improved.Using Fuzzy method to quantify the performance of cleaner production audit,from the comparison before and after the implementation of the improvement program,the grade of clean production level was upgraded from the third(69 points)to the second(77.94 points).Through comparison with other evaluation methods,the result shows that the level of cleaner production in cotton printing and dyeing enterprises evaluated through the index system,which was established by AHP-Fuzzy method,can quantify the fuzzy degree of each index.The index system can directly reflect the weak links of enterprises and clearly point out the direction of cleaner production.
