In this experiment, persistent organic pollutants select a representative ten PCBspolychlorinated biphenyls, Weihe mature sediment bacteria as experimental microbialorigin,experimental methods adopted for the anaerobic degradation of the natural culturedmicroorganisms acclimated to separate the useful single strain, while degradationexperiments screened decachlorobiphenyl the dominant species. Different inoculum exploredecachlorobiphenyl advantage optimum growth conditions for bacteria and degradation underoptimal conditions at different temperatures, different pH values, ten different initialconcentrations of PCBs.The results of this experiment on biological degradation of PCBs application provides areference for PCBs pollution prevention control project laid the foundation of greatsignificance to environmental degradation method of PCBs.The results are summarized as follows:1, The anaerobic degradation of culture mixed flora domestication: the Weihe maturesediment microbial source for the bacteria at pH7.0and a temperature of15℃conditionsto ten PCBs as sole carbon source for anaerobic domestication gradually increasing theconcentration of ten PCBs, polychlorinated biphenyls have been for ten degradation of mixedflora;2, Screening the dominant species: Mixed flora was isolated and purified two kinds ofsingle strain (No. C1, C2), at pH7.0and a temperature of15℃, the concentration of PCBsfor the next ten1mg/L conditions, respectively. done for two kinds of single straindegradation experiments, the degradation rate of7days were49.59%,72.30%, C2dominantstrain of bacteria as experimental;3, C2optimal growth conditions for bacteria research: different inoculum under differenttemperatures and pH values and different initial concentrations of PCBs Ten Conditionsof the dominant species decachlorobiphenyl optimal growth conditions. Decachlorobiphenyladvantages derived optimal growth conditions for microbial strain inoculation:30ml, pHvalue:7.0, temperature:15℃, initial concentration decachlorobiphenyl:1mg/L; 4, C2optimal growth conditions for bacteria to degrade Effect: pH:7.0, temperature:15℃, the initial concentration of PCBs ten: under1mg/L conditions, anaerobic degradation7days, ten polychlorinated biphenyls degradation rate of85.07%;5, Strains mixed with another advantage: the advantage of pairwise equal volume mixwith another strain of bacteria in the anaerobic degradation under optimal degradationconditions for7days compared to ten different strains mixed PCBs degradation effect, andwith dominant bacteria alone system for comparison, found that the degradation rate is lowerthan the degradation rate of the mixed dominant bacteria alone, obtained between thedominant bacteria strains and other competitive effects of the dominant bacteria inhibit thedegradation decachlorobiphenyl effect of conclusions.Through the experiment, the experimental results obtained. Description of theexperiment is feasible, can be performed in-depth research.
