The technology of retaining roadway along the empty is helpful to improve mine coal recovery rate,reduce the amount of roadway excavation,alleviate mine mining tension,and prevent mine disasters such as gas overrun.It is a relatively advanced coal mining technology.The technology of soft-form concrete retaining roadway along the empty is mainly to pour soft-mold concrete on-site to realize the retaining roadway along the empty.Based on transportation of 2313 working face of Anju Coal Mine of Jining Mining Group,this paper comprehensively adopts theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field test methods to study the application of technology of soft-form concrete retaining roadway along the empty.The paper mainly analyzes the movement law and pressure distribution characteristics of the upper layer of the roadway after the working face mining.The reasonable width of the soft-mold concrete wall is discussed,the pressure peak of the concrete wall and its position are calculated,and the design strength of the concrete wall is checked.Based on the characteristics of pouring soft-mold concrete on-site,the concrete material proportioning process and concrete conveying system were designed.At the same time,according to the mining conditions of 2313 working face,the construction technology of the retaining roadway along the empty was designedThe field test and monitoring results show that the technology of soft-mold concrete retaining roadway along the empty can better control the stability of roadway surrounding rock,ensure the roadway retaining effect,and meet the production demand of the next working face.The research results in this paper further promote the application of the technology of soft-form concrete roadway retention along the empty,and provide a basis for optimizing the design of concrete roadway retention along the empty.
