Study On The Green Ming Incentive Mechanism Of Underground Mines

Ability to maintain sustainable development of coal mining, the establishment ofeco-friendly and environmental emissions have become a major factor restricting China’seconomic development of coal. Therefore, China has to develop green mining technology, theestablishment of green coal mining as an important direction for the development ofenterprises. In this paper, study green mining incentives, pointed out that the promotion ofgreen mining technology to implement from different stages have different incentives forgreen mining technology promotion process using technology value analysis, the greenmining technology implementation process game behavior analysis has been carried out in thegreen and coal mining enterprises to cost-benefit analysis, the specific contents are as follows.（1）On the basis of our existing shortage of analyzing green mining technology policy.Detailed analysis the instrumental value, ecological value and the use of green miningtechnology growth model to analyze the social value system of green mining technology.（2）Secondly,The behavior of green mining implementation of the game theory betweencoal enterprises, pointing out the small coal enterprises are likely to adopt "free rider" strategy,while coal companies and local governments in the implementation of green mining policiesalso have game behavior, in this paper, a detailed analysis of this is given reasonablerecommendations.（3）Finally, through collecting data, a detailed calculation and analysising,the reductionof waste rock mine、 water and coal and gas extraction were three green miningtechnology-related economic cost-benefit, Pingdingshan four mine adopt green miningtechnology is able to bring some economic benefits, and the ecological environment aroundthe mine has also a great benefit.
