Study On Reasonable Layout And Control Technology Of The High-Level Roadway For Gas Extraction In Yuwu Coal Mine

With the increase of coal production，gas emission quantity also increase ingas-high coal mine, the phenomenon of coal production restincted by gas revealsmore and more common，the gas gradually becomes the bottleneck of restricting thegas-high coal mining. The high-level roadway for gas extraction in roof could takethe double responsibility of extraction of gas in working face during mining and inthe goaf after mining,which takes a more significant effect of drainage gas. In orderto mastering the reasonable arrangement and the deformation law of surroundingrock of the high-level roadway, the paper, which was based on the site geologicalcondition of the high-level roadway in N1202in the Yuwu coal mine，adopted integrated methods of theoretical Analysis，numerical simulation andlaboratory experiments and field test to the research，the systematic research resultswas obtained as follows:(1) Using the numerical simulation method，it was determined. for the heightrange of the fractured zone the paper further analyzed and researched the distributionlaw of the stress distribution law of overburden rock, it was also revealed for thetransmission and diffusion law of vertical stress of the roof strata.(2) Based on comprehensive analysis of the rule of gas migration andstorage,the paper put forwards the basic principle of the reasonable position of thehigh-level roadway.By selecting multiple sets of positions of the high-level roadwayand contrastive analysis, the paper obtained the stress environment and thedeformational law of surrounding rock of the hige-level roadway,finally the bestposition of the high-level roadway was determined.(3) Based on the deformation of surrounding rock of the roadway,the paper putforward scientific and reasonable control technology of the surrounding rock andsuccessfully applied in practice.The paper systematically discussesed the stress distribution and the subsidencerule of the overburden rock, the reasonable arrangement and the control technologyof surrounding rock of the high-level roadway，it provided scientific basis andtechnical support for the similar roadway in the layout and maintenance.
