Grouting anti-fire system is an efficient and economical way to prevent and control fire ac-cident at coal mine. But for the present there are still many other limitations existing, as oper-ating mode mostly stays in manual which is very inefficient and difficult to guarantee pulpand slurry quality. So it has a great significance to research on an intelligent control system ofmine’s Anti-fire grouting station.Firstly, according to the requirement of the subject, the whole structure of grouting stationcontrol system is analyzed in this paper, and the performance requirements of the groutingstation control system is put forward. And then a new method of grouting station control sys-tem is presented, when the system is in different working condition, the start, stop, and clean-ing mode.Against the defects of the current system, a new soil and water automatic proportioningsystem is designed, which takes inverter as control object, and PID as control strategy.Secondly, for the realization of the grouting unattended operation, the buffer pool levelcontrol system was designed. To overcome the shortcomings of the traditional level controlstrategy, the fuzzy PID control strategy of parameter self-tuning was put forward, it is thecombination of Mamdani reasoning of fuzzy algorithm with the traditional PID algorithm. Onthis basis, the paper further design the buffer pool level control parameter self-tuning fuzzyPID controller with the software of Matlab. The simulation and analysis of the controllermodel was done with Matlab/Simulink simulation modules. Compared with the traditionalPID control strategy, the fuzzy PID controller response fast and has the smaller steady-stateerror, the results show that the fuzzy PID controller can completely satisfy the control re-quirements of this subject.Moreover, based on the control and the field application requirements, type-selection ofhardware and the control system design of software for PC monitor and controller was done.The paper puts forward the remote monitoring scheme with CP343-1Lean module and basedon TCP/IP communications protocol, which solves the problem of the remote communicationof PLC and computer. In addition,combined with the complexity of the control algorithm ofthe fuzzy controller, the look-up table method is adopted in the PLC to realize the parameterself-tuning fuzzy PID control algorithm.Finally, through the industrial installation and debugging, it proves that the control programand PC monitoring system completely meets the design and application requirements of thiscontrol system, which can realize local and remote monitoring of grouting station.
