Synchronization control system of the hydraulic motor is one of the key technologies in the rotary table, it plays a very important role in improving the drilling efficiency and longevity of related parts. This thesis mainly discusses synchronous control system of four hydraulic motors in rotary table, a method of variable universe fuzzy PID control based on the fuzzy control is put forward, and put this algorithm apply to synchronous control system of the hydraulic motor in order to improve the synchronization precision.This thesis begins with introduction of the development and research situation in the field of rotary table simply with its hydraulic control system and synchronization control of the hydraulic system.Through analyzing and studying the structural features、working principles and stress characteristics of the rotary table, we design the hydraulic system and choses major components for the system. Based on analyzing the mathematical model, single loop valve-controlled hydraulic motors of the hydraulic system of the rotary table, we know the system is a nonlinear and higher order term system, it need to be corrected.Due to the nonlinear and time-varying characteristics of the synchronization system with the influence of uncertain factors, a method of variable universe fuzzy PID control based on the fuzzy control is put forward in this article, and the basic theory and principle of variable universe fuzzy PID control are also presented. We get the variable universe fuzzy PID controller based on the fuzzy controller through the PID controller、the fuzzy controller and the variable universe fuzzy controller are designed respectively.Finally, the PID controller、the fuzzy PID controller and the variable universe fuzzy PID controller based on the fuzzy controller are simulated、experimental studied and analyzed respectively by the AMEsim-Simulink and test bed. Comprehensive studies indicated that the variable universe fuzzy PID controller based on the fuzzy controller can improve the synchronicity and stability and it is better than the other two controllers.Through these research results we can get the conclusion that the variable universe fuzzy PID controller based on the fuzzy controller can realize the synchronous control with high precision、better stability、adaptable and robustness.
