Triboelectrostatic beneficiation technologies is a highly efficient dry separationtechnology, use of high-voltage electrostatic separation materials, conserve waterresources, reducing energy consumption, has a wide range of applications.In this paper, a triboelectrostatic beneficiation automatic control system designscheme, starting from the selection of hardware and software design, sotriboelectrostatic beneficiation systems in use of operational processes more simple,system operating parameters can be displayed in real time and historical inquiry, someparameters can be automatically regulated, but also has a security proof function.Firstly, according to the working principle of triboelectrostatic separation system,developed control strategies, design of automatic control system for the overallprogramme; Selected major PLC controller and data acquisition modules, design ofelectrical wiring and start-stop control; For the triboelectrostatic separation system inair flow control, methods of application of classical control theory in themathematical model is built on the basis of test data, according to the mathematicalmodels designed of fuzzy PID control and simulation;In the voltage control oftriboelectrostatic beneficiation system,combined with the use of Buck circuit andPLC pulse output voltage to achieve the close-loop control; Designed computersystem, adopt the way of kingview and MATLAB is developed the human-computerinteraction interface, give full play to the advantages of two independent software.This control system is simple, safe and reliable, and supporting similar industrialdesign provides a viable method.
