In recent years, our country national economy is development in a rapid speed.Theexploitation of coal resources is increasing year by year and the exploited horizon is alsogradually deepened. The exploitation of coal resources can not only provide energy for thedevelopment of national security, but also promote the rapid development of the country.In themeanwhile, the problem of mine safety is becoming more prominent.There is a number ofdisasters that threat the safety production of coal mine, mine water inrush is an important issue.Inour country, coal mine collapse of water and water inrush accidents occur frequently, threateningthe safety of miners.It make huge losses of state property, resulting in adverse social impact.Groundwater monitoring and early warning has become an important factor to assure the safetyproduction in coal mine.Therefore, design and development of coal mine groundwater levelmonitoring system has a great significance in protection of coal mine production safety, highefficiency, reduce casualties and property losses,and so on.This topic research and development of underground water level monitoring system byusing the modern measurement and control technology and GPRS wireless communicationtechnology.It includes the design water level and control terminal, GPRS wireless datatransmission, operation monitoring center based on kingview and MATLAB data, finally realizesthe real-time monitoring of underground water level and the prediction of water level.Thissubject mainly research the status of wireless monitoring system of underground water level athome and abroad and the underground water level prediction using neural network algorithm,and proposed the overall design of the underground water level monitoring system based onkingview and MATLAB.This system field data acquisition terminal mainly made up of MSP430single chipmicrocomputer and macro electric H7710GPRS DTU.It is responsible for collecting, storing andtransmitting water level, temperature and other data, remote transmission of data through theGPRS network and the Internet.Then combining RBF neural network algorithm, and analyze thedata and processing in the MATLAB. Finally, data results and related information is displayed inthe kingview, the users can undertake the corresponding processing operations, implementationand system optimization for the forecast of ground water level management.The Kingview andMATLAB to form PC management system.The underground water level monitoring system design and development of the topicthrough the experiment testing, has a good ability of data fitting, in line with expectations.It iseffective to ensure unity of the coal mine safety management, scientific, real time, practicalityand efficiency.It can provide reliable guarantee for coal mine safety production, giving scientific management means for each functional department, putting forward a scientific basis fortechnical personnel to make decisions, and providing basic data for predicting minehydrogeological disasters.The system has the ability to improve the standardization of themanagement of coal mining enterprises, standardization, and the accuracy of the data.finally, this design was summarized, to analyze the research results, put forward theshortcomings and the insufficiency existing in the system, and puts forward ideas on systemfurther improve and perfect. It lays the foundation for the research of this subject.
