China is rich in mineral resources,among which the proven reserves of phosphate rock resources rank the third in the world.Guizhou is one of the main phosphate rock resources mining areas in China,and many phosphate rock mining enterprises are distributed along the Wujiang River.Industrial phosphate mining will produce a lot of wastewater,and phosphate wastewater contains a lot of phosphide,its main components P5+ion and PO43-ion is the main cause of water eutrophication,the increase of phosphorus content in water will cause serious damage to the ecological environment.In this paper,the phosphorus removal control system of phosphate rock wastewater is studied,which provides technical support for the stable phosphorus removal of phosphate rock wastewater.The main contents include:(1)According to the analysis of the sewage phosphorus removal process,the overall scheme of the control system is designed,the main control objectives and functions of the sewage phosphorus removal control system are determined,and the pump,valve,pipeline and other equipment are selected according to the design requirements.In order to fully treat the phosphide in the phosphate rock wastewater,the structure optimization design of the reaction flocculation tank in the scheme is carried out,and the feasibility of the design structure of the reaction flocculation tank is verified through the simulation experiment analysis.(2)Aiming to the characteristics of wastewater phosphorus removal process,such as non-linear,lag and time-varying,the research method of combining control technology with PLC controller is proposed.The control model is simulated and analyzed by Simulink in MATLAB to ensure the reliability and stability of the system.In the control technology,fuzzy control technology,PID control technology and adaptive fuzzy PID control technology are adopted.Through simulation and experimental comparison,the adaptive fuzzy PID control technology is finally selected.A set of automatic control system for phosphorus removal from phosphate rock wastewater based on Adaptive Fuzzy PID algorithm is designed and developed.Through the analysis of historical data and empirical data,the parameters in the fuzzy PID controller are set The membership function and the kp,ki,kdparameters in the fuzzy rules are modified in real time to achieve the effect of adaptive optimization control performance and meet the requirements of sewage treatment automatic control system for efficient sewage treatment.(3)Combined with the management requirements of phosphate rock wastewater treatment,the sewage treatment control system is developed.The system adopts the combination of man-machine interface control in the control room and remote host computer interface control.The control room is controlled by MCGS touch screen on the control cabinet,and the remote control adopts two host computers controlled by Kingview configuration.The field test and application show that the control system has good stability,can treat sewage stably,accurately and efficiently,and can reduce the dosage of phosphorus removal agent by about 30%.
