In this paper, Yongcheng anthracite, bean straw, wheat straw and their mixedstraw in mass ratio of1:1were chosen as raw materials to study co-gasificationcharacteristics, thermogravimetric analysis of coal and straw in CO2atmosphere aswell as H2O/O2-H2O gasification in tube furnace at950-1100℃were conducted. ForCO2gasification, carbon conversion and kinetic parameters were calculated, as togasification in tube furnace, gas composition was measured, while gas production rate, fixed carbon conversion, gas yield and gas calorific value were calculated, the maincontents and achievments were summarized as follows:CO2gasification in thermogravimetric analyzer was conducted to studyco-gasification characteristics of these two straws and their mixture mixed withanthracite in different mass ratios, after comparision of TG/DTG curves and carbonconversion curves to evaluate the effect of mixing ratio on their gasificationreactivities, we could see that if with no less than50%straw mixed, carbonconversion kept still when the temperature increased to some extent, and at stage ofcoke gasification, bean-straw was easier to gasify than wheat-straw.Dynamics analysis based on CO2gasifications in thermogravimetric analyzerwas conducted to achieve the related activation energy E and pre-exponential factor A,the following results could be received: E and A tended to vary in the same way, andativation energy decreased with higher mixing ratio of straw.Gasifications with H2O in tube furnace was conducted to study gasificationcharacteristics of semi-cokes from mixtures of Yongcheng anthracite mixed with beanstraw, wheat straw or their1:1mixed straw, to analysis the effects of mixing ratio, temperature and gasification agent on gas composition and gasification characteristicparameters. The research could be divided into three parts as follows:1) H2Ogasifications at1100℃with semi-cokes from mixtures of Yongcheng anthracitemixed with bean straw, wheat straw or their1:1mixed straw in mass ratio of0、10%、30%、50%indicated that: a higher mixing ratio of straw contributed to higher H2content, higher CO content, less CO2content and almost unchanged CH4content ingas composition, besides, it resulted in higher gas calorific value, while gas yieldchanged from increase to decrease. As mixing ratio of straw rised, if with bean strawor mixed straw of bean straw and wheat straw in mass ratio of1:1added, gasproduction rate and fixed carbon conversion were found to change from increase to decrease, while with addition of wheat straw, gas production rate and fixed carbonconversion tended to increase.2) H2O Gasifications at950-1100℃with semi-cokefrom mixture of70%Yongcheng anthracite and30%mixed straw of bean straw andwheat straw in mass ratio of1:1indicated that: a higher gasification temperaturecontributed to less H2content, less CH4content and higher CO content in gascomposition, while CO2content changed from increase to decrease.3) O2-H2Ogasifications at1050℃with semi-coke from mixture of70%Yongcheng anthraciteand30%mixed straw of bean straw and wheat straw in mass ratio of1:1indicatedthat: its gasification effect was not very ideal, and the best gasification conditionsneeded to be studied further.
