It is a major guarantee of building the safe and reliable mine ventilation systemfor realizing the mine production safety, preventing the coal mine fatal accident andcomprehensively raising the mine disaster resilience. Aiming at the problems of it stillwon’t obtain airflow parameters in mine roadways in real time and accurately, cann’tfind hidden danger in time and prevent accident in the safety management of mineventilation, this paper studies the real time mine ventilation simulation and dynamicpre-warning analysis.According to the principles and algorithm of mine ventilation networkcalculation, the procedure of the air net calculating is developed. With the constrainedoptimization algorithm, a optimization model of mine air volume is set up. It presentsa computing models of calculating resistance through surveying airflow quantity onthe base of the data of the mine ventilation resistance measurement and the adjustmentin ventilation once, and the model are reliable verified with an example. Parametersmonitoring vectors on the working face are evaluated by grey relational analysismethod,so as to determine the safety level of the working face.In order to realize the dynamic optimization and analysis of the air volume,amine ventilation self-healing monitoring and analysis system which can carry onself-healing process when the error exceed the limit should be established. It analyzesresistance variance in the production process of mine. It discusses the general principle ofwind velocity and wind pressure sensor on airflow parameters monitoring,and designsthe overall structure and each function module of the mine ventilation self-healingmonitoring and analysis system.With Zhaojiazhuang coal mine in Liulin, Optimization model of airflow basicdata, model of measuring airflow&evaluation resistance and model of Working faceparameters safety evaluation were used to realize the optimization and analysis ofbasic parameters.Besides,It deduces the process of self-healing,and has proved thefeasibility of all the model and algorithm presented.
