Abstract:The characteristics of mine ventilation system is complex and dynamic, which determine the underground environment change constantly. For mines of high complexity, relying on excellent ventilation scheme is not permanently feasible. Thus the real-time monitoring of the ventilation system is needed to timely master the state of mine ventilation, and whether underground ventiliation can meet the needs of production. Using data monitoring and control functions of the monitoring and supervision system, the paper combines ventilation monitoring and supervision system and ventilation management systems in metal mine. Studied the airflow abnonnal value analysis and adjustment analysis for ventilation systems based on monitoring and supervision system,realized the scientific management of mine ventilation system. The main contents and achievements are as follows:(1) the existed achievements in ventilation network solution are analyzed and a program for calculating ventilation network is developed in C#language and achieves good results.(2) Starting from the definition, Cross iteration method is used to solve the sensitivity matrix and a convenient and practical software is written in C#to implement the method, greatly reducing the artificial calculation time and the error probability.(3)In order to solve the problem that wind speed sensor monitoring has blind area, the wind speed sensor installation location optimization model is established based on sensitivity matrix and fuzzy cluster analysis, and the related program module is written using C#language.(4)In order to discover abnormal underground airflow phenomenon timely, a normal variation range model of lane ventilation based on monitoring and supervision system and sensitivity matrix is established., a method to bound abnormal value of airflow and a method to figure out abnormal number of lane based on sensitivity matrix are put forward.(5)The airflow adjust value calculation formula is deduced, the optimal lane airflow adjustment model based on the sensitivity matrix is established and measures to adjust airflow. (6)The integration software of the monitoring and supervision system and ventilation management system is developed in C#language using the above models. The software is applied to Gaofeng Mineral Company of Huaxi Cooperation, and achieves the desired results.
