Screening is currently the most widely used and most effective material particle size classification method, a variety of even greater granularity of material, is widely used in mining, metallurgy, chemical industry, medicine, building materials, food processing and environmental fields. The material in the sieve surface movement rule is extremely complex, although people have done a lot of work, but has failed to reach a consensus. Most of the existing research the complex movement of the material in the sieve surface is simplified as a particle in the sieve surface motion, kinematics theory to determine the material, and material group interaction coefficient revision is introduced according to the experimental results. Ignoring the collisions between particles, the collision between the simulation, testing a large number of particles is not negligible influence on the screening of the. Therefore, the single particle penetrating probability theory has some limitations for the study of particles through the sieve, and single particle screening probability model of ball under ideal conditions of material theory screening probability formula. In fact, the material particles are not spherical, especially grinding material particles more irregular shape. Therefore, theoretical models need to be modified to meet the actual needs. From the general point of view, study on screening theory lagged behind the practice production dynamics and screening machine system, screening theory is still in the stage of hypothesis and experimental science, also cannot make satisfactory explanation to the screening process. Due to the screen surface movement and the sieving process of materials is a very complicated process, using the traditional theory has been very difficult to make the problem get thorough research. Set up on the basis of experiment, the movement of materials and screening process mathematical model based on the computer technology as the basis of the comprehensive consideration of material properties and influence each other, will be the inevitable trend of development.In order to solve the model machine prototype penetrating the problem of low efficiency, group proposed by screening test, design the pulverized screening process simulation device, a combination of applied technology high speed camera, the screening process of particles shooting. Obtained by the test particle size, separator pressure, particle trajectories and the touch screen sieve through the relationship between the efficiency. Image processing with the powerful MATLAB GUI image processing. The design of single particle size and roundness, particle size distribution, particle trajectory curve calibration test system. Provides a convenient tool for processing test image; as for different size particles of grinding mill operating parameters are selected, the different transmission provides experimental and theoretical basis for the sieve parameters.
