| Since ancient times,China has been a big country in coal use and production.Although the use of coal will lead to a variety of safety and environmental problems,but in the future for a long time,the main energy status of coal will not change.As an essential link between the shaft and the underground,the safety of the shaft is related to the safety of the production and the life of the coal miners.With the passage of time,shaft damage will gradually appear to some extent.When the shaft wall starts to deform slightly,and there is a large-scale fracture or breakage,it will be a long evolution process.During this period,we can observe the deformation of the shaft wall intuitively by monitoring the displacement of the shaft wall,so as to prevent the further damage of the shaft wall,which plays a very important role in the safety production of the coal mine.Firstly,this paper analyzes various methods and research status of shaft deformation monitoring,and briefly describes the development trend of shaft deformation monitoring system based on stereo vision.Then it introduces the design scheme of shaft deformation monitoring system based on stereo vision,determines the function and index of the system,clarifies the main function of the system and describes the working principle of the system.Then according to the working environment of the system,the hardware and software of the system are designed,and the function and workflow of each module of the system are introduced in detail.At last,the modules of the system and the overall performance of the system are tested.The shaft deformation monitoring system based on stereo vision designed in this paper is composed of camera platform,hammer line module,upper computer and so on.The recoil line module and the camera platform module constitute the field data acquisition terminal.The plumb line module includes a vertical bottom fixing device,a plumb line and a pontoon platform.The camera platform module includes two cameras equipped with flash,S3C6410 microprocessor,0k6410 development board,WIFI communication module,proximity switch,power supply battery and temperature sensor.The image processing,binocular correction and stereo matching are carried out by the internal transplant Linux operating system and OpenCV visual Library,so as to find out The linear distance from the camera to the borehole wall to be measured.The upper computer is mainly used to display the received deformation data of the underground shaft,and compared with the historical data,the deformation of the shaft wall near the test point can be obtained.The feasibility of the scheme is verified by experiment. |
