Research And Implementation Of Soft PLC In Embedded NC System

Represented by a PLC logic function as an integral part of CNC system, especiallyas the proportion of the management part of the numerical control system, the positionof PLC as a management role in the numerical control system also gradually improves.Soft PLC technology combines the advantages of the traditional PLC and computertechnology, implements the logic function softwared and breakthrough the limitation ofthe traditional PLC hardware, the low cost, easy development and openness andextensibility requirements, represents the development direction of PLC technology.In the view of the current PLC technology in the numerical control industrydevelopment present situation and problems, combining with the Googol Technology(shenzhen) co., LTD on the design requirements of the numerical control system of PLCproducts, was carried out based on the embedded soft PLC technology research anddevelopment of numerical control system, through the design of soft PLC technology torealize control of the CNC system management. This article first elaborated the functionof PLC in the numerical control system, and to compare the advantages anddisadvantages of the traditional PLC and soft PLC technology, this paper discusses therealization of PLC technology, and established in this paper, in order to achieve theimplementation scheme of the soft PLC technology and software architecture. Theneach part of the implementation of soft PLC is put forward and its algorithm.Development system is mainly divided into editing, compiling and the simulationmodule. The authoring module provides a development platform, and provide free copy,single step, retreat, and other functions; Compiler module including the ladder diagramand instruction list of conversion algorithm and the target code generation; Simulationmodule for system simulation run provides a platform. Run system operated ontraditional PLC operation mechanism to carry on the design of PC in object code to runthe explanation. Finally has carried on the PLC as the management role of numericalcontrol system design, including software interface, management system variables,signal processing, etc.Upon completion of the embedded numerical control system design andimplementation of the soft PLC, we actually tested about it, by its management toproduction and processing of NC system can quickly and efficiently, verifing thefeasibility and the effectiveness of this system, achieving the goal of the design.
