Mining winch is one of the main tools for mine workers to transport up,down and underground equipment.Therefore,mining winch play an indispensable and important role in mine production.The traditional winch adopts manual and relay control method,which has the disadvantages of not smooth speed,complicated operation,high failure frequency,poor reliability and energy waste.Therefore,in the mining winch control system,the use of advanced control methods and devices is imperative.The main research objective of this paper is to design and upgrade the traditional mining winch control by combining PLC(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)with inverter.PLC acts as the brain of the system in the mining winch control system by virtue of its flexibility,high reliability and simple programming.Based on the original electronic control system of JSDB-16 mining winch,this paper completes the analysis of winch speed control and position control,and completes the overall design of the automatic control system,system hardware design and system software design.For the winch safety and reliability requirements,the automatic control system uses two sets of FX3U-80 MR series PLC,the hard and soft safety circuits of the system are set up respectively,greatly improving the safety performance of the system.In this paper,the use of direct torque control of variable frequency speed control to improve the mining winch speed control process of static and dynamic performance.Based on the analysis of the principle of direct torque control coordinate system transformation,the design of the mining winch inverter selection and control scheme is completed.In the hardware design part of the system,complete the electronic control system variable statistics and I/O distribution,complete the peripheral electrical control circuit,PLC,AC inverter and motor between the connection circuit,power supply circuit,safety protection loop circuit,sensing and signal acquisition circuit,lubrication pump and brake pump control loop circuit design.In the system software design part,the system main program,initialization program,soft safety loop program,inverter control program,hydraulic station control program,speed and position measurement program,communication program and the overhead monitoring program design are completed.The automatic control system designed in this paper realizes the real-time monitoring of the operating parameter setting and operating state of the winch by using two sets of PLC system and the easy-to-control configuration software of the host computer,and greatly improved mining winch in the production of reliability,safety and modern management level.The winch automatic control system designed of this paper has been used by several mine users,proved that the control mode of PLC and frequency conversion speed regulation is adopted to operate the mine winch,the system's control accuracy and automation is higher,the operation is simpler,the operation is more reliable,for the mine safety,efficient production has a very important role and practical significance.
