As the development of science and technology,the requirement of pipe corrosionresistance and wear resistance is increased in petroleum, chemical industry, nuclearindustry, aviation, aerospace, marine, medical, food, architecture, urban water supply, etc.Compared with the traditional single metal pipe, the composite pipe which can make fulluse of the best performance of the base tube and coated pipe, has many advantages such ashigh strength, high stiffness. So as to achieve the requirements of industrial production,and has a broad space for development.The solid granules medium pipe forming process overcomes the disadvantages thatexist in the other tube bulging process, and possesses the advantages of other bulgingprocess. It is suitable for all kinds of metal material tube parts forming at roomtemperature, including high strength what is difficult to be took shape, high dimensionalaccuracy and surface roughness of high precision tube parts forming.This thesis is on the basis of the mechanics analysis on the solid medium in pipe tostudy the plastic deformation of multiple tube under the effect of granular media, analyzethe stress and strain in the free deformation zone of the pipe in each layer. To deduce thecalculating formula of maximum internal pressure when the pipe forming,the calculationformula of total axial compression force, the stress and strain in the free deformation zoneand the wall thickness distribution. This paper also has carried on the theoreticalcalculation and numerical analysis to the bulging of lined with stainless steel pipe.This thesis using Abaqus to simulate the forming process of pipe joint parts, putforward the two-way pressure head, two-way fill material processing plan. And determinethe reasonable loading paths and the best material makeup.The discreteness on solid medium determines this process has the characteristicswhich other bulging processes do not have. Through numerical simulation, to research theeffect of the force reduction column diameter size on the forming pressure; and to researchthe effect of the Step Angle in Ladder type Force reduction column on the tubedeformation shape.On this basis, put forward a new plan about tube forming, anddetermine the loading path and the best material makeup.
