With the development of modern machinery,high-speed and high-accuracy havebecome the development trend of modern industry. Usually,when mechanical equipmentmeet the high-speed requirement,its accuracy will decrease. Two-roll and cycling coldrolling pipe machine to meet the high-speed requirement, in order to meet thehigh-accuracy requirement in the work process,reduce the inertia force is the key. In thispaper,combining the study of simplified structure and offset slider-crank mechanism ofthe two-roll and cycling cold rolling pipe machine,we studied the inertia force balancingeffect of it.This paper firstly describes the research results in our country and abroad of thetwo-cycle type cold rolling machine and several usual methods to balance the inertialforce;We also did the kinematics and dynamics analysis of the simplified structure andoffset slider-crank mechanism of the two-roll and cycling cold rolling pipe machinesystem,by applying generalized mass substitution principle to deduce the inertial forceoptimization objective function, through the preparation process, using MATLABsoftware to calculate the cold rolling system inertial force respectively before we add thebalance mass and after it.Then, fully taking into account of actual working condition of the two-roll coldrolling mill system,while not losing the correctness of the analysis and calculation,wemade some simplification to the system. We respectively establish the simplified modelsof the cold rolling mill system before adding the balancing mass and after it,and we thenimport the simplified models to the ADAMS software for dynamic simulation.In this paper,we use partial theoretical design methods of balancing of the theoreticaldesign methods of the inertial force,and analysis and calculate the inertial force beforeadding the balancing mass and after it by using MATLAB and ADAMS software. We gotsome meaningful results:after adding the balancing mass,the inertial force got improvedevidently. and the two calculating results had strong coincide which proved the validity ofthe inertial force.The research results of this paper has a certain reference value to the balance of the mechanical system inertial force and the inertial force calculation of the cool rolling millsystem and the working process control of the it.
