In recent years, due to the automobile, shipbuilding, construction, aerospace, defense,chemical, textile, pharmaceutical, telecommunications and other industries to expanddemand, strip production industry has got rapid development. Today, the quality of striphas become the measure of an important symbol of production levels of each country’siron and steel industry.The last process of Cold rolling is temper rolling, it can not onlycontrol the strip flatness and elongation, to ensure that after annealing properties of stripmechanical and the quality of products, but also form a certain roughness on the surface ofstrip, in order to achieve the purpose of forming performance.So as the users’ requirementof the strip flatness, mechanical property and surface quality improve continually, theimportant role of temper rolling is growing up.In order to obtain more ideal quality of strip, elongation ratio and the shape are twoimportant quality indexes of temper rolling. The control method of elongation and flatnesshas become a hot topic in the field of steel rolling. This article mainly solves the controlproblem of elongation and flatness, starting from the theoretical model of rolling, based onthe influence matrix of the control method research of temper rolling elongation andflatness, and includes the relevant theoretical research and accurate computer simulationcalculation, and has obtained certain research results.In this paper, the elongation and flatness control system as a whole to consider,introduces the elongation and the flatness influence matrix method, through themechanism of temper rolling, Through regulating mechanism model of temper rolling, theinfluence coefficient of rolling reduction,tilting roll, bending roll to linear flatness,quadratic flatness and elongation can be got. The influence matrix can be established byusing the influence coefficient.This paper also studied the AFC-AEC comprehensive control mathematical model,the mathematical model for the application of the invariance principle of decouplingcontrol combined with PID control algorithm, through the experiment found that canrealize effective control of elongation and flatness.Finally, through offline simulation in a four roller leveling machine, simulation whenthe strip thickness and mutations in the crown and so on to eliminate mutations, using theelongation and the influence of the flatness matrix control method and application of theprinciple of invariance method, and compares the control effect, the results showed thatelongation and the influence of the flatness matrix control response speed, high precision, more ideal control effect.
